East Tennessee OBGYN is your partner for lifelong women’s health. Our practice has been providing complete obstetrics and gynecology care for women in East Tennessee for over 60 years.
If you are planning on becoming pregnant, or are pregnant, you will find personal, individual, attentive, and compassionate care from each of our providers. Our providers offer obstetric care for normal, low risk pregnancy as well as for certain high risk pregnancy issues.
East Tennessee OB/GYN also provides routine and advanced gynecologic care including annual exams, management of Pap smears, HPV testing, evaluation and management of heavy bleeding, irregular bleeding, fibroids, pelvic pain, menopause, and other common women’s issues.

East Tennessee OBGYN offers the unique experience of two individual practices in one convenient location. The individual practices include those of Peter Clark, MD, with nurse practitioners Donna Jo McDonald, APN, CNM, MSN, and Rebecca Turner, MSN-ED, DNP, WHNP-BC; and Frank S. Ellis, MD, with nurse practitioner Nicole Sandifer, WHNP. You can choose the practice and provider you feel is best suited to meet your personal healthcare needs
